March 28, 2008 Sunlawn Reel Push Mowers and GETMicrosolutions “Greenalizer” Home and Garden Products Give Homeowners a Head Start on Springtime Lawn Preparation

New Generation of Environmentally-Friendly Products are Growing on Today’s Demanding Consumers’

FORT COLLINS, Colo --Homeowners and professional gardeners alike are embracing a natural approach to home and garden care in record numbers. In response, innovative companies are winning over consumers with a new generation of environmentally-friendly products that can compete handily with traditional products on price and performance, yet meet the tough standards demanded by those seeking a more sustainable lifestyle. Two leaders in the burgeoning ”green” gardening sector are Sunlawn, a manufacturer of human-powered push reel mowers and GET Microsolutions, a maker of non-toxic home and garden care products.

Founded in Fort Collins by Terry Jarvis in 1997, Sunlawn has grown to become a popular brand for homeowners seeking an alternative to noisy, energy-consuming power mowers. Offering several models of push reel mowers and a super-lightweight edge trimmer, Mr. Jarvis says that Sunlawn’s success is based on making mowing the lawn a less stressful, more enjoyable experience that results in a beautiful green lawn.

”Even though the environment is an active concern of millions of consumers today, our push reel mowers have become popular again because they turn mowing from a noisy chore into useful, quiet, enjoyable exercise,” Mr. Jarvis stated. "Many of our customers tell us ”it’s fun!’Ý They love the quiet pleasure of manicuring their lawns with our Sunlawn LMM push reel mower and our whisper-quiet electric trimmer. Sunlawn is dedicated to encouraging the resurgence in push reel mowers with ergonomically-designed, lightweight mowers that not only keep one’s lawn beautiful but also protect the environment.”

The scissor cut produced by Sunlawn’s multi-blade system cause minimal disturbance to the natural growth pattern of grass, encouraging root growth and preserving the lawn’s ability to retain moisture and crowd out weeds. Features include easy-push 9-inch wheels and flame hardened cutting systems which perform seven to ten years without sharpening. A patented adjustable height trimming system turns clippings into natural mulch and makes raking a thing of the past.

”The Sunlawn mowers are ideal for grooming a wide spectrum of grasses and actually keep your lawn healthier by returning nutrients to the roots,” commented Mr. Jarvis. ”Sunlawn mower owners tell us they often see a difference within a month. Then they notice the dividends of a more natural approach to lawn care all year long.”

An industry leader in the burgeoning earth-friendly home and garden care products industry, GETMicrosolutions produces natural and effective products that are safe for ”people, pets and the planet”. Among their innovative offerings are Get Green and Get Growing, products the company says were designed to produce better results than dangerous chemical alternatives.

”Each GETMicrosolutions’ product is a blend of natural, organic materials, based on a proprietary approach we call ‘greenalizer’, said Mr. Dyer. ”The term reflects our dedication to using only earth friendly formulations to deliver child and pet safe, sustainable and workable solutions to consumers.”

Developed to reduce the need for watering and avoid the use of fertilizers that contain synthetic nitrogen, GET Green boosts root growth and moisture absorption by harvesting existing nitrogen in the environment, converting it and passing it to the plant naturally. The nitrogen-fixing process removes the potential for runoff and leaching into ground water.

GET Growing’s natural, top-to-bottom solution naturally recycles lawn clippings and treats compacted soil, improving the lawn’s natural ecosystem. Lawns treated with GET Growing have better grass root structure and require less fertilizer and water because of more efficient use of moisture and nutrients.

GETMicrosolutions has developed a full line of products that use advanced microbial formulations that are effective and safe for use around the home and yard:

GET Green Lawn Greenalizer, a unique natural and organic product that creates green, lush lawns that require less water and break the cycle of constant feeding that result from the use of petroleum-based products

GET Growing Natural Composter, containing beneficial microbes and organic humates to promote a green, lush results within the first week

UR-In-Trouble, extends the life of kitty litter up to three times by eliminating the cat urine ammonia

Stall Buster, a combination of natural ingredients that reduces or eliminates urine odors in horse stalls and other large animal areas, including cattle stalls and dog runs

Pet Peeeve Lawn Protectant, a non-toxic easy-to-use spray to prevent and cure dog urine spots in lawns before they turn into unsightly dead areas

Salt Buster, a pet and child safe spray treatment to prevent and repair damage to grass and plants from winter road salt

Guard Dog Lawn Protectant, a multi-action formulation for treating lawns to cure and protect them from dog urine spots and promote re-growth of damaged areas

”Caring for your lawn is simply easier with environmentally friendly, sustainable gardening solutions,” added Mr. Jarvis. ”This year, consider the benefits to your lawn, your wallet and the environment offered by the Sunlawn line of reel push and electric fuel-free mowers and GET’s safe and effective home and garden products.”

Prepare Your Lawn for Summer with Sunlawn and GETMicrosolutions

Start Early: As soon as the ground has thawed, take the steps necessary to rejuvenate your lawn. Waiting too late and then rushing the lawn can bring disappointing results. If grass is exposed and temperatures are well above freezing, use organic, environmentally-friendly GET Green™ to provide your lawn with the nutrients it will need after first thaw.

Inspect the Lawn: Look for lawn discoloration caused by frost, salt or pet urine and note any bare spots that may require reseeding; apply Salt Buster™ to salt-damaged areas and Pet Peeeve™ to grass harmed by dog urine.

Rake the Lawn: Raking in preparation of spring removes leaves, dead grass and other debris and helps control thatch. Don’t overdo it or you’ll risk causing stress to the lawn which will delay springtime recovery. A flexible metal rake with lots of spring in the tongs will get the job done, gently and thoroughly.

Manage the Thatch: Lawn thatch is the layer of dead turf between the green vegetation and the soil surface composed of stems, leaves and roots. Some lawn care professionals recommend raking vigorously to completely remove the thatch (de-thatching) while others profess that some degree of thatch is health as the lawn returns to life. The scissor cut produced by the Sunlawn LMM™ push mower multi-blade system cause minimal disturbance to the natural growth pattern of grass, preserving the lawn’s ability to retain moisture and crowd out weeds. Get Growing™ effectively jump starts the process of recycling the dead organic matter.

Aerate the Lawn: Heavily trafficked areas can become compacted, which can prevent grass roots from deeply penetrating the soil and can stop oxygen, fertilizer and organic matter from getting to the roots. There are several kinds of aerating devices available, from small manual to larger motorized models. A good aerator will remove a small plug from the lawn as it turns and then deposit it back into the ground.

Reseed: To replenish bare areas where the grass has been worn away or is dead, plant new grass seeds wherever needed immediately. After the seeds germinate, apply GET Green™ as temperatures warm or when spring arrives.

Water: To recover from the winter, your lawn needs adequate water. The cool days of spring are optimum growing months, so don’t waste them.

Mow: As soon as you see growth, make a first pass with the Sunlawn LMM push mower at the highest trim setting. Repeat with a second pass a week later, gradually increasing the trim height until it is set for the height you wish to maintain for the entire summer.

Edge Along Driveway and Walks: Regular use of the super-lightweight (just 3.1 pounds!) and non-polluting electric Sunlawn BTE-1 Trimmer keeps the lawn looking its best by removing unruly grass from the garden bed to the curb.

FORT COLLINS, Colo --On April 22, over 1 billion people in approximately 175 countries are expected to participate in Earth Day activities, the annual global celebration of the environment. To mark Earth Day 2008, the 39th anniversary of the event, GETMicrosolutions, a leading developer of environmentally-friendly lawn, home and pet care products, is inviting consumers, educators and local organizers to learn more about alternatives to chemical-based Pet and Lawn and Garden products and more sustainable lifestyle practices.

”To encourage consumers to make greener choices when it comes to lawn care and pet-related products, we’re spreading the message that it is possible to have healthier lawns and effectively remove pet stains and odors – all without using toxic chemicals that endanger their family and the environment,” said Scott Dyer, co-founder of GETMicrosolutions, developer of GET Growing™ and GET Green™ Lawn Greenalizer™, the first-ever line of natural and organic lawn-care products safe for use in homes with children and animals. “Today’s consumer can get the results they want with a wide range of non-toxic home and lawn solutions that at are safe for kids, pets and the environment.”

Based in Ft. Collins, Colo., GETMicrosolutions makes natural and organic cleansers and lawn care products that use advanced microbial formulations to solve common problems while protecting the safety of people, animals and the environment. In making the announcement of their Earth Day participation, company co-founders Scott Dyer and Justin Eisenach stated that since launching the firm’s first all-natural lawn care solutions in 2005, the acceptance of environmentally-friendly products has increased dramatically.

”We recently conducted a nationwide survey of homeowners and found that an overwhelming 72 percent of consumers say it is important to them that their lawn care and household products are environmentally friendly,” said Scott Dyer, co-founder of GETMicrosolutions, developer of GET Growing™ and GET Green™, the first-ever line of natural and organic, non-toxic lawn-care products safe for use in homes with children and animals.

The study, which was conducted by telephone in August 2007 and underwritten by GETMicrosolutions, indicates a growing trend of homeowners that want easy-to-use and effective products that don’t contain chemicals that endanger their children, pets and the environment.

”During the process of creating GET Growing™ and GET Green™ we discovered that by harnessing microbes we could develop a wide spectrum of household products that work with nature instead of disrupting and polluting the environment,” said Mr. Eisenach. “We’re proud that our solutions not only work better than any many chemical-based products, but that are also safe for kids, pets and our planet.”

GETMicrosolutions has developed a full line of products that use advanced microbial formulations that are effective and safe for use around the home and yard:

GET Green™ Lawn Greenalizer, a natural and organic fertilizer to create green, lush lawns that require less water and fertilizer

GET Growing™ Natural Composter, a lawn composter containing beneficial microbes and organic humates to promote a more green and lush canopy within the first week.

Pet Peeeve® Lawn Protectant, a non-toxic easy-to-use spray to cure and prevent dog urine spots in lawns before they turn into unsightly dead areas

Salt Buster™ Lawn Protectant, a pet and child safe spay treatment to prevent and repair damage to grass and plants from winter road salt

Guard Dog™ Lawn Protectant, a multi-action formulation for treating lawns to cure and protect them from dog urine and promote re-growth of damaged areas

”The big advantage of microbial-based home and lawn products is that they can potentially help eliminate millions of tons of synthetic and petro-chemicals from the environment annually,” Mr. Dyer commented. “As consumers and individuals we can take a step towards a cleaner environment and a healthier future with each buying decision we make at the supermarket and hardware store.”

February 4, 2008 GET Microsolutions to Receive Hicks Nurseries’ “New Natural Product of the Year” Award for GET Green™ Organic Lawn Care Product

GETMicrosolutions Safe and Natural Gardening Solutions to Be Featured at Upcoming Hicks Nurseries Spring Garden Event Feb 29th- March 9th in Old Westbury, New York

FORT COLLINS, Colo -- GETMicrosolutions, a leading manufacturer of environmentally-friendly household products, has announced that their popular GET Green™ lawn care treatment will be honored by Hicks Nurseries with the 2008 New Natural Product of the Year award. Developed to be 100 percent organic and non-toxic, GET Green™ is a microbial formula that draws naturally-occurring nitrogen to the roots of grass for a lush, healthier lawn. Unlike harsh synthetic fertilizers, GET Green uses a combination of beneficial microbes and that capture nitrogen from the air to feed the lawn and promote healthier grass that uses water more efficiently.

”We’re delighted that Hicks Nurseries has chosen to recognize GET Green™ as the sensible approach to a naturally greener, healthier lawn without toxic chemicals,” said Justin Eisenach, co-founder of GETMicrosolutions. “The unique blend of microbes in GET Green™ is specially formulated to convert nitrogen from the air into a form that lawns can readily use, reducing the need for additional nitrogen applications and avoiding fertilizer runoff that can be harmful to watersheds and wildlife.”

Located in Westbury, New York, Hicks Nurseries is the oldest nursery and garden center on Long Island and a premier source of horticulture supplies for generations of gardeners and homeowners. The firm’s annual Spring Garden Event is a free, week-long lawn care and gardening fair offering seminars and workshops on a variety of topics for the experience and novice gardener.

“The goal of our New Natural Product of the Year award is to bring an especially worthy product to the attention of our customers,” commented Bob Friedl, spokesperson for Hicks Nurseries, Inc. “With the amazing surge in interest in eco-friendly gardening products, we could not think of a better choice for 2008 than GET Green™ by GETMicrosolutions.”

As the popularity of eco-friendly lawn care practices continue to grow, many consumers are turning away from fertilizers and herbicides that rely on large quantities of petrochemicals and other toxic compounds. Founded in 2005 to harness the power of microbial science, GETMicrosolutions has developed an entire family of effective, chemical-free household products that are completely safe for use around children and pets.

”Our philosophy is based on helping support the natural ability of grass to thrive and not hinder the process with harsh and unnecessary chemicals,” Mr. Eisenach stated. “GET Green™ makes it possible for consumers to have a lush, low-maintenance lawn by encouraging the existing cycles of fertilization and water retention found in grass and other plant life.”

Mr. Eisenach said that although GETMicrosolutions places a strong emphasis on the environmentally-friendly nature of their formulations, he firmly believes that of equal importance to their customers is ease of use and performance. By providing a built-in sprayer nozzle with GET Green™ and all their products, homeowners find it takes less time to apply treatments and provides them with the peace of mind that they’re applying the correct mixture of water and solution.

“It takes under five minutes to apply GET Green™ to 2,500 square feet of lawn,” he commented. “That’s faster than any effective lawn treatment we know of.”

Horticulturalists and lawn care professional that have tested the GET products confirm that the company’s environmentally-friendly, top-to-bottom approach improve the natural ecosystem of lawns. Furthermore, studies conducted with independent commercial growers also showed that use of the products resulted in healthier grasses and plants and virtually eliminated the need to use standard fertilizers that contain synthetic nitrogen which can produce harmful runoff.

“During the process of creating GET Growing™ and GET Green™ we discovered that products that help the earth use its own nutrients build better lawns than other fertilizers on the market,” said Mr. Eisenach. “We’re proud that we can provide a solution that not only works better than any other I have seen, but is also safe for kids, pets and our planet.”

October 17, 2007 Non-Toxic Salt Buster™ From GET Microsolutions Stops Salt Damage to Lawns and Shrubs -- Naturally

Unique Child and Pet Safe Formula Binds to Road Salt, Preventing It From Entering Plant Root Systems

FORT COLLINS, Colo -- Each winter over 15 million tons of de-icing salt is used on the streets and driveways of the United States. With some 70 percent of Americans residing in areas that receive at least 5 inches of snowfall annually, salt-related damage to lawns, shrubbery and other plant life is a headache for millions of homeowners. To combat the problem, many consumers resort to over watering and the use of topsoil, seeding and fertilizer each spring. Finally, there's a natural, non-toxic solution to preventing unsightly grass burned brownish-yellow before it is damaged by harsh road salt. Salt Buster™, a unique, child and pet safe natural formula effectively stops the harm caused by salt and minimizes damage already visible.

Developed by Global Environmental Technologies, a leader in environmentally friendly and effective home and pet care products, Salt Buster™ protects lawns and plants by tying up the salts and removing them from soil solution. By preventing salt ions from reaching the fragile root system of grass, salt is rendered harmless until it is flushed away by watering or rainfall.

"Salt Buster™ can both prevent salt damage if applied in autumn prior to snowfall and minimize it after it occurs and its effects are visible," Scott Dyer, co-founder of GET commented. "When applied as part of an early spring care program, the organic ingredients of Salt Buster encourage the natural ability of grass to minimize the invasion of other species while neutralizing road salt and preventing it from entering plant root systems. And like all GET products, Salt Buster is safe for your children, pets and the environment."

Founded in 2005, Colorado-based Global Environmental Technologies Microsolutions produces environmentally friendly and effective home and pet care products that are non-toxic and safe for use in homes with children and animals. Co-founded by Scott Dyer and Justin Eisenach, a former CEO of a national food company, the company's microbial product offerings include GET Growing, GET Green, Pet Peeeve, Guard Dog, UR-IN Trouble, Stall Buster and Salt Buster and are available at retailers everywhere and online.

Get Growing™, GET Green™ and Pet Peeeve™ Environmentally-Friendly Lawn Care Products Now Available at Wild Oats Markets

Natural and Organic, GET Growing, GET Green and Pet Peeve are Non-Toxic and Safe for Kids and Pets

LOUSIVILLE, Colo. – GET MicroSolutions announced today that GET Growing™, GET Green™ and Pet Peeeve™, the first-ever line of natural and organic, non-toxic lawn-care products designed for environmental friendliness and safe for use in yards with children and animals, is now available in all Wild Oats stores.

"At Wild Oats, we are committed to the health and well-being of our customers and the environment, said Rick Werner, Director of Grocery for Wild Oats Markets. “We’re proud to carry natural products like GET products that support our mission and are environmentally responsible.”

“We’re pleased to be in a partnership with Wild Oats Markets,” said Scott Dyer, CEO of GET MicroSolutions. “It’s exciting to work closely with a company that shares our values of sustainable living and respect for the environment.”

Unlike any other lawn care product on the market, GET Growing makes it possible to have a lush, low-maintenance lawn without worrying about harming your family or the environment.

GET Growing’s environmentally-friendly, top-to-bottom solution naturally recycles lawn clippings and compacted soil, improving the lawn’s natural ecosystem. Lawns treated with GET Growing have better grass root structure and require less fertilizer and water because of more efficient use of moisture and nutrients.

Non-toxic, environmentally-friendly GET Green boosts root growth and moisture absorption, potentially eliminating the need to use standard fertilizers that contain synthetic nitrogen. GET Green makes lawns green by harvesting the earth’s free nitrogen, converting it and passing it to the plant naturally. The nitrogen-fixing process removes the potential for runoff and leaching into ground water.

Multiple-action formula Pet Peeeve™ treats up to 5,000 square feet of lawn to repair and prevent unsightly “dog spots” caused by urine. Because urine is a concentrated solution of ammonia and salts, grass will not grow when exposed to it. Pet Peeeve™ consumes the ammonia, binds the salts and increases soil permeability.

“During the process of creating GET Growing, GET Green and Pet Peeeve, we discovered that products that help the earth use its own nutrients build better lawns than other fertilizers on the market,” said Justin Eisenach, COO of GET MicroSolutions. “We’re proud that we can provide a solution that not only works better than any other I have seen, but is also safe for kids, pets and our planet.”
